Return & Refund Policy
Because each rug is personalized and made just for you, we can only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or are lost during shipping.
If You Receive the Wrong or Damaged Item
- If you receive the wrong item or a rug that’s visibly damaged in transit, please refuse delivery.
- If you sign for a damaged order, we cannot fully refund the purchase as the carrier is released from responsibility.
- If a damaged or incorrect rug is left at your door, contact us within 7 business days at support@classroomspirit.com for a replacement or full refund.
- Requests made after 7 business days will be processed at our discretion.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original unopened packaging, unassembled, and unused.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns must use a trackable shipping method.
- Non-returnable items: sale rugs, gift cards, customer-damaged items, or items with damaged original packaging.
General Return Process
- Contact us: Email support@classroomspirit.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item. We’ll review within 3 business days.
- Return shipping: If approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Refund/exchange: After receiving your return, we inspect it within 3–5 business days and issue a refund or replacement.
Note: We cannot accept returns on promotional sale rugs or custom items unless they’re damaged or defective.
Return Shipping & Charges
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, quality issues), we cover all shipping and offer a full refund.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g., change of mind), the buyer pays for return shipping, and original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund:
Refund = Order amount – delivery logistics fee.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.
- If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank or card provider. If issues persist, email support@classroomspirit.com.
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 12 hours (before shipping) will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 12 hours but before shipping will incur a 50% production & operation fee.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
