Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 7–10 business days (after the order is shipped).
  • Order processing begins once your purchase is confirmed and ends when the order is handed over to the delivery carrier.
  • Our warehouse and office operate Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day and may experience slight delays.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, tracking may take longer.

Delivery Delays

  • If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@classroomspirit.com.
  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the delay.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Taxes & Duties

  • Duties and taxes (if applicable) are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders below your country’s tax threshold may not incur additional charges.
