Are Class Spirit rugs safe for kids?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. Classroom Spirit rugs are made with non-slip backing and soft, cushioned materials to create a safe play and learning area.
How long does it take to produce and ship my order?
Our production time typically takes 3-5 days. After your order is shipped out, the delivery time ranges from 7-10 business days.
Will the rug have creases when it arrives?
Because our rugs are vacuum-packed for safe and compact shipping, some creases or wrinkles may appear when you first unroll them. This is completely normal and temporary. Simply lay the rug flat and let it relax for 3–5 days as the memory foam returns to its original shape.
If you'd like to speed up the process, gently iron the rug on a low setting by placing a thin towel on top and lightly pressing the creased areas.
How do I clean the rug?
Our rugs are easy to maintain. Spot clean with mild soap and water, or vacuum regularly to keep it fresh and bright

What is the refund policy?
Because each rug is personalized with your unique design or name, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us with photos or proof of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
